Will it embarrass me in front of customers?
You start in shadow mode: Sheruty drafts replies without sending, and you see each one next to yours with a score. It never invents prices or stock, and when it doesn't know it hands off to you with a summary.
Do I have to give up the WhatsApp Business app?
No. Sheruty connects in Meta's Coexistence mode: messages sync both ways between the app and Sheruty, and you keep replying from your phone.
How good is its Hebrew?
Natural. It understands slang and typos, uses the right grammatical gender, learns your phrases from past chats, and switches to English when the customer does.
What does it cost?

What about data privacy?
Each business's data is isolated and encrypted, never used to train anyone else's agent, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
Does it answer phone calls too?
Yes. You get an Israeli Sheruty number and forward calls to it. Every call is transcribed and summarized in your inbox.
Can I correct it?
Yes. Every reply has "Fix this reply" — write how you'd answer, and the agent learns and suggests a permanent rule.
