Full isolation between businesses
Every record belongs to exactly one business, and the database enforces the separation in addition to the code.
Encryption and storage
Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), WhatsApp access tokens are stored encrypted, and our servers are in the EU.
Media and files
Photos, voice notes and recordings are kept in a private store, reachable only through short-lived signed links, and deleted after 90 days by default.
We don't train AI models on your data
We don't use your data to train AI models. Your conversations serve only your own business's agent, never anyone else's.
Export and deletion
You can ask us to export all your data or delete your business entirely at any time, by email to hello@sheruty.com. Self-service export and deletion is coming.
Third-party processors
Speech-to-text, text-to-speech and AI replies are processed by third-party providers, some of them outside Israel and the EU, under their data-processing terms.
